HANDMADE WITH LOVE

Talking about analogue work:
even the covers of our books are handmade.
Admittedly with the help of a stunning and ancient sewing machine and the fantastic Joyce Guley from Extrapool.
And with alot of love.

We are getting somewhere!
5 days to go till the opening.
Okay, 5 1/2.
And, of course, the nights.
That’s what they call burning for what you do.
Or insanity.

ART BOOK

There will be another beautiful addition to the Dutch version of try different keywords: We are working on a publication that comes along with the project probeer andere zoektermen!

Together with Extrapool we are printing a limited edition of artist books – using the very rare and special Riso-technique that is, to simplify it, kind of an electronic silkscreen printing.
In Extrapool’s storage we found amazing paper, 20 years old and perfect for the analogue idea behind our project. We are now already sure: This book’s gonna be pretty unique.

APP

TtD

Good news: You do not need to learn the 8 locations spread over Nijmegen by heart. Leo Willems from TOURtoDO creates an app that will take you by the hand and guide you to the places were the works are shown. Via the app you can even listen to the spoken-word pieces without calling our spoken word hotline. For free! Art can be so easy.

LOCATIONS

Untitled2-1

We found 8 perfect locations to present our work in Nijmegen’s public space.

11 big banners will go together with 6 spoken word pieces at locations from museum to shopping mall, from historic building to art gallery, from squatted house to fancy hotel …
